When is our booking completely finalized and scheduled?
After your payment of the deposit.
How much deposit do we need to pay and to which account number?
The deposit amounts to our operational cost +21% VAT. The account number: see invoice/quote.
When do we need to provide the details for the invoice?
When preparing the quote, we need all details such as: name, address, contact person, mobile number of the person on site, location address, VAT number for companies, message, reference, etc..
When do we need to provide the exact number of participants, portions, and food choices?
At the latest 2 weeks before the event. Small adjustments can still be made up to 1 week before.
Are plates, cutlery, and napkins provided?
We provide standard ecological disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins. Rental of permanent bowls/plates and cutlery is also possible.
What happens to the waste from plates, cutlery, and napkins?
This is collected and processed by the organizer. Upon request, we can take this with us for € 45 + 21% VAT / max 2 bags.
How many types of dishes/snacks can we choose?
4 to 6 types of snacks per package. 3 types of dishes per package. (+option for 4 types with a surcharge of € 1.50 per person) 1 type of soup or 1 type of cold Thai salad per package. 1 to 2 types of dessert per package.
From which list can we choose dishes?
You can choose from our selection on the website or in the PDF attached to our presentation email. Sushi can be requested; in mutual consultation, we will put together an offer tailored to your wishes and budget.
What utilities does the food truck need?
3x a domestic power outlet 16-20A on a separately fused circuit. We can also tap from industrial outlets (red or blue plugs of 16-32-63A). If your location does not have enough power supply, we can rent a power generator for € 90 + 21% VAT, then we only need 1 outlet from the location.
When does the food truck arrive? When does the food truck depart?
Our food truck arrives about 2 to 2.5 hours before the start of the event. Our food truck departs within 1 hour after finishing operations. We have access to the power circuits until our departure.
What should we do regarding food allergies and intolerances?
You should ask your guests and inform us at least 2 weeks before the event. We will propose an adapted menu to the extent possible.
Can the food truck come and be placed anywhere?
Our food trucks can only be placed on stable (hardened) ground. Both the standing place and the path to it. Taking into account a width of 2.5 meters and 3 meters free height. The standing place must be at least 7 meters long and 3.5m deep. We reserve the right to stop driving if the path or standing place is not hardened, is muddy, or is on a slope.
Are permits required?
We have all necessary permits, inspections, FAVV authorization, and liability insurance. If you ask us to place the food truck on a public road, you must request the necessary permits from the city or municipality where the event will take place, 'public road occupation'.
Can the food truck enter the LEZ zone?
Yes, it can, but you must always inform us 2 weeks before the event so that we can come to your event with the correct food truck.
